Pheasant Run is a 40 acre mixed use development near the Lakes Mall in Norton Shores, Michigan.

Development included 120 apartment style condominiums, a 15 unit retail center, and 4 (four) professional office suites.

Future development in this project is estimated to include 48 apartment style condominiums, 25 traditional attached condominiums and 6 (six) office suites.

Driesenga & Associates, Inc.’s work included conceptual master planning, surveying, site plan and design of public roads and utilities to serve the development, construction plan preparation, condominium documents, staking, materials testing, and construction engineering.
