New construction for a 20,000 square foot medical facility on a 2.5 acre site in Holland Township, Michigan. Site development included grading, drainage design for the building area, related parking and drives, and connection to public water and sanitary utilities.

Innovative design incorporated storm water storage with minimal impact to the adjacent wetlands and emphasized barrier free drop off access for patients.

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. furnished complete survey, geotechnical, site/civil design, construction staking, and construction materials testing services for development of the medical facility.
