Description

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided construction materials testing and surveying for this new 25,700 SF, 16-bed hospice facility located in Holland, Michigan. Civil Engineering services were also provided at the request of the Ottawa County Drain Commission. The building includes both private patient rooms and private patient suites, as well as reception area, library, chapel, dining room, kitchen, visitor’s café, laundry, children’s play area, meeting and conference rooms, multi-purpose room, patient and family lounges, administrative offices, staff facilities, and restrooms. The project was completed in June of 2007 with a total construction cost of approximately $4,700,000.
