Description

In accordance with the Value Place LLC corporate expansion goals, the first and most northerly hotel location was designed for Oshtemo Township, a suburb of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The hotel is situated along the US 131 commercial corridor. The design was coordinated with Value Place LLC, Development Services and their design architect, Wilson Darnell Mann Architects.

Development included the construction of a 121 room extended stay hotel with associated parking and utility improvements on a 2.2 acre site.

Driesenga and Associates, Inc. provided land surveying services to generate the required ALTA surveys. The design scope included full site improvements such as storm water management, site layout and grading, landscape design, and public utility extensions.
