Description

The Crossings is a multi-phase commercial business condominium project located in Holland, MI. There are 9 separate buildings that host a number of commercial / retail businesses, including: a bridal shop, floral shop, yoga fitness center, gift shops and restaurants and bakery.

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. (D&A) was responsible for the geotechnical investigation, topographic and boundary surveys of the land, site planning and layout, design of infrastructure, municipal approvals and construction management, along with construction staking and materials testing.

Phase I, which was completed in 2001, called for the construction of a 19,250 sq. ft. building with associated parking and drives.

Phase II, completed in 2004, was for the construction of the second 28,400 sq. ft. structure.

The development has a common architectural theme and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped areas with trees and ponds. The site has been master planned for future buildings to accent this development.
