Ramada Plaza Grand Rapids is located at the intersection of 28th St (M-11) and the Beltline (M-37), in the heart of one of the largest commercial districts in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Ramada offers 181 guest rooms, a restaurant, lounge, and over 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided construction staking and construction materials testing for a two part expansion to this Ramada Inn hotel. The first expansion consisted of the addition of an Old Chicago Restaurant to the hotel and the second was the construction of an unattached commercial building on the property.
