Driesenga & Associates, Inc. was contracted to aid in the construction of an upscale three story office building located in downtown Holland, Michigan. The building is a host to a number of suites including: the law office of Warner Norcross & Judd and GMB Architects, and the Clark Masselink Group. Driesenga & Associates was retained to performed Construction Staking services and created the Condominium Subdivision Plans (Exhibit “B” documents) that define the location and size of the condominium units within the Master Deed.
