Description

LSI Credit Union made the decision to expand their offices into the City of Walker. This site is located on 4 Mile Road west of Alpine Avenue and included the development of a new credit union building, parking area, and storm water management system. Driesenga & Associates, Inc. was contacted to complete a boundary and topographic survey, geotechnical engineering, Phase I environmental site assessment, full civil design engineering services, and a landscape plan. Through the City’s review, the site plan, storm water management calculations, and soil erosion control plan was approved. Other reviewing agencies included the Kent County Road Commission who reviewed the drive permit and connection to 4 Mile Road.
