Master planning and development commercial site that consisted of two hotel sites, side-by-side, on a 60-acre parcel with additional commercial lots prepared for future development.

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. (D&A) prepared the master plan, site plan and construction documents, conducted the environmental site assessment, boundary/topographic survey, geotechnical soils investigation, and prepared applications for the various local, county, and state agency permits required for construction.

D&A also completed design and engineering of public road and utility extensions to serve the site.

Throughout the construction phase, D&A provided construction staking, materials testing, and construction inspection. Materials were tested for soil, aggregate, concrete, masonry, and steel to verify that all materials meet project specifications.
