Description

Strategically located retail center located along Michigan’s newest expressway, the Paul Henry Freeway (M-6), with over 350,000 square feet of shopping anchored by Target and Meijer stores.

Provided site design and construction documentation for the retail center, including landscaping and vehicular buffering along the developments new public street. The plans also provided details for pedestrian seating, masonry planting beds, corporate branding accents, and a vast irrigation system.
