This project for the Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater, Michigan, included the addition of approximately 7,600 square feet for M.R.I. and Nuclear Medicine, as well as subsequent relocation of the helistop pad.

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. completed a demolition plan, site plan, and grading plan for an approximately 7,600 square foot addition to the Community Health Center of Branch County.

Coordination was completed through the demolition plan as to where to relocate utilities and the loading dock during construction.

As a result of this addition, the existing helistop pad in the parking area needed to be removed and relocated approximately 60-feet to the north and the design brought to current FAA standards.

A grading plan was also completed to ensure that appropriate grades were met at each portion of the addition. Approval of the site plan was acquired through the State of Michigan.
