Description

This project consisted of the construction of a new gas station and convenience store facility on the corner of Blue Star Highway and 58th Street in Fillmore Township, MI. The project included a 2,000 sq. ft. convenience store, a gasoline pump island, and a diesel pump island.
Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided civil engineering and surveying services for the new facility.

Civil Engineering services included conceptual layouts and final construction plans. The project required working with Fillmore Township, and the Allegan County Road Commission and Drain Commission. Due to the size of the site, it was important to get approval from the Drain Commission to direct storm water to an off site detention area.

Surveying services included a full boundary and topographic survey, as well as construction layout and staking.
