Description
Design Plus provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 350,000 SF addition including a 7,000-seat auditorium, office, and classroom space. The project included a new central chiller plant, central boiler plant, fire protection, power and lighting system design and new electrical service to serve the existing and new facility. Our work was complete in the summer of 2004.
