Design Plus was contracted to provide design and documentation for a two-story, 32,000 SF addition and renovation to the existing church located on Michigan Street in downtown Grand Rapids. Fundraising efforts are underway for the estimated $4,000,000 addition/renovation. New or renovated areas include five classrooms, a multi-purpose room, large gathering space, kitchen, gymnasium, daycare area, chapel, and church and school offices.
