Description

Design Plus provided complete architectural and engineering services, structural engineering consultant coordination, and site/landscape services for the 12,132 SF addition to and remodeling of the existing north campus Kleiner Commons food service building. Areas expended included the servery, seating area, a convenience store, food preparation areas, storage, receiving, and office area. The project was completed in the fall of 2000 with a total construction budget of $1,400,000.
