Description

Design Plus provided full architectural and engineering services, and structural engineering coordination for a new bank branch in downtown Holland. The facility is two-story with a basement, totaling 22,419 SF, and includes conference rooms, offices for insurance, personal banker, mortgage closer, and investment, safety deposit room, vault, teller area, lobby/waiting area, toilet rooms, storage, multi-purpose room, and kitchen. Completion is expected in January 2007. Total construction cost is withheld at the Owner’s request.
