CSM Group was hired by Kalamazoo Physicians Realty Company, a group of area surgeons from several practices, to manage the design and construction of a new medical office building with an ambulatory surgical center. The facility houses medical office suites on the upper floor and a full service four operating room surgical center on the lower floor. The building has a masonry veneer and a central sky-lit atrium. There are two covered drop-offs, one for each floor. The four-acre site’s topography lends itself to grade level entrances for both floors. Construction began in the Spring of 2004 and completed in early 2005 on schedule and within budget.
