Fabiano Brothers, a family owned company, established in 1911 in the United States, distributes beer, wine, and liquor in the eastern, central, and northern counties of Michigan’s lower peninsula.
The Fabiano Brothers project is a new 71 acre business park in Monitor Township, Bay County, Michigan. Fabiano Brothers will anchor the new development on twenty one acres in a new facility with corporate offices and a state of the art distribution center.
The distribution center is a controlled environment warehouse and with the corporate offices totals approximately 200,000 square feet.
Completion date is set for December 2008.
