Interior office build-out in the historic Globe Building in downtown Kalamazoo. This 5,800 sf space was built out for the financial services company, Salomon Smith Barney. Details included nine-foot tall cherry doors and matching cherry woodwork throughout, exposed brick exterior walls and full height glass interior partitions to maximize natural light and a feeling of openness. This feeling was enhanced by the twelve-foot ceiling heights in the offices with exposed ductwork and indirect lighting.
