CSM Group was hired for a $5.6 million renovation that includes a completely new mechanical system with generator, new electrical, complete interior renovation, new playground, and a new parking lot. The interior renovation includes three types of spaces: office, childcare, and women's shelter. This takes advantage of previously unused space in the basement for additional offices. It is a three phased project with the owner occupied for the whole duration. We are currently wrapping up phase one.
