CSM Group was hired to manage the design and construction of this new medical office building with procedure center. The 17,000 square foot facility houses an approximately 5,400 sf Gastroenterology office suite, 6,900 sf Endoscopy procedure suite, 2,000 sf shared common space and a 3,000 sf basement mechanical / storage area.
