CSM Group managed the design/build 120,000 sf pre-engineered
metal building for E.P.I. in Fort Custer Industrial Park. This 115,000 sf warehouse and 5,000 sf of office buildout with mezzanine has a 37 foot eave height, ESFR fire protection system, and air rotation unit for warehouse HVAC with 12 truck docks. CSM Group has done several projects for EPI throughout the years.
