CSM Group and Byce & Associates, Inc. worked together on a new free-standing building for an established and expanding catering business. The current operation of the catering business housed a restaurant business under the same name that shared the kitchen facilities. The owner wished to separate himself from the restaurant business and focus on the catering operation. The new facility offers a larger kitchen, all new kitchen equipment, a showroom, office and a garage for dry storage that is capable of housing three vehicles for loading and unloading of catered meals.
