Richland Bible Church hired CSM Group to manage the construction of a 35,750 s.f. building addition to include a new sanctuary, nursery areas, adult education rooms, toilet rooms and concourse with coffee shop lounge. The project includes high quality audio systems, acoustical considerations and a hanging catwalk for theatrical lighting in the new sanctuary. The parking lot was expanded and all building utilities were replaced. Construction began March 2005 and was substantially completed in January 2006.
