Wolverine built the original ballpark in 1994 using a Design/Build approach. Three years later, Wolverine completed a 25,000 square foot addition. Since then, Wolverine has also completed several renovations and miscellaneous projects throughout the ballpark. Most recently, Wolverine constructed a new two-level indoor/outdoor structure to replace some of the bleachers. The addition features an indoor stadium club with banquet-style seating on the first level and a partially covered deck on the upper level with an open rooftop atmosphere. Outdoor seating was also added to the suite level. Other additions consist of a new deck behind left field, office renovations and the construction of storage buildings.
