Located on a site that was built up with over 30 feet of fill sand, this new retail center is located adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter and Applebee's in Houghton's business district. The main building is a metal building with a metal stud perimeter and exterior insulating finish system (EIFS) facade. As part of the sitework, an interlocking block retaining wall system was installed allowing the site to be built up to a grade where the space became useable.
