Goodwill Industries was one of the anchors for the new Keelridge Plaza constructed in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Moyle Construction was the general contractor for the new retail center and worked with Goodwill to create this new retail space. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with a masonry veneer. A loading dock was installed for Goodwill along with a drive-up canopy for public deliveries.
