Concept Design Group
New 45,000 sq. ft. retail center for this national book seller. This project also included site planning and development services to combine several parcels for and planned unit development which also includes an out lot for national restaurant.
Triangle Associates
Constructed under a demanding schedule, this project was performed under two contracts. The first contract was with the owner of the shopping center for construction of the shell and the other contract was with its major tenant, Barnes & Noble Book-stores, for the build-out. In order to meet the opening-day deadline, it required a considerable amount of winter construction; block was laid, steel installed and concrete poured all during the cold months. Triangle served as General Contractor on the 45,000-square-foot project, but also took a role in the design phase. A great deal of attention was paid to the quality of finishes in this up-scale retail establishment that includes a coffee cafe, large specially-designed children’s area, music section and computer department.
Twin Lakes Nursery
On this project we worked with the owner to renovate and update the landscape plant materials in all of the parking lot islands to improve the exterior appearance of the store.
