Expanded day-care facilities and two new commercial kitchens for the day-care and marketplace centers highlight the additions and renovations of Baxter Community Center.
Constructed of masonry and steel, the gym is equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms and can also accommodate parties for local residents.
Additionally, all new construction is LEED-certified.
With gift-in-kind and subcontractor coordination, this inner-city community center is being phased as fundraising continues.
