Descriptions
Exxel Engineering
EXXEL Engineering provided a topographical survey and civil engineering design of the site as well as construction staking services.
Pioneer Construction
This elegant new banquet hall was “green built” and is serviced by 100% geo-thermal system. The existing building HVAC system was completely upgraded to utilize the geo-thermal system as well. 40% of the building products were locally manufactured and fabricated
Low/No VOC adhesives and paints were used and site disruption was minimal. We did not remove any green spaces because we built on an existing parking lot. Storm water is 100% retained and reused on site.
ASCOM, Inc.
A Banquet Facility addition to the Clubhouse at Thousand Oaks Country Club
Location: NE suburbs of Grand Rapids, Michigan
Already well known for its championship golf course, fine dining restaurant, and up-scale residential living property, Thousand Oaks added a first class banquet/reception/reception room facility to its Club House.
ASCOM, Inc. was chosen to provide both the design as well as the installation of the fully integrated audio/video system located in three individual yet combinable banquet/meeting rooms. Each room was equipped with a digital quality sound system, a drop down video projector and screen, and touch panel control stations to select and distribute audio, video, and data inputs from or to any or all rooms.
The project was completed on schedule. Following a complete system training program, Thousand Oaks hosted its first event in June 2009, a wedding reception for an ASCOM, Inc. employee.
