Project includes approximately 3,500 sf of engineered curtainwall with inverted slope and 15,000 sf of custom fabricated composite aluminum panles, profiled siding, curved standing seam metal roofing and sunshades furnished and installed by Architectural Glass & Metals, Inc.
Due to the complex geometry of the proposed design coupled with significant accessibility challenges associated with the downtown location, fabrication of the new building envelope was based on theoretical dimensions and digital scans of the existing building in lieu of field measurments.

This eight story building, just north of the Amway Grand Plaza, was completely renovated. Providing the building owner with high end office spaces, meeting rooms, a private residence and a penthouse entertainment area.
