Located in the State Secondary Governmental Complex, the former Liquor Control Warehouse was renovated into a two-story office building. The building was designed to accentuate the large horizontal scale of the building. This was done by providing large expanses of glass curtain wall, detailed with strong horizontal mullions. The horizontal quality of the building is punctuated by brick and limestone elements at the corners and main entrance. These elements house the stairs and elevators, while serving as additional entrances for the building occupants. At the main entrance, visitors enter into a large lobby with direct access to small meeting rooms and a concessions area. The building serves as the offices for nearly 1400 state employees.
