The library features wood jambs at all interior doors and windows, custom-painted accent tiles at cupola columns, and arched ceilings.
A designated children’s area was also constructed, and all lighting in the library is computer-controlled.

The exterior building envelope of the Grant District Libray includes approximately 8,000SF of straight and/or curved aluminum standing seam metal roofing furnished and installed by Architectural Glass & Metals, Inc.
