Phase I was built in 1999 was a new pre-engineered steel building 170'x240' with a 24' low eave. Including Fitness area, Ice Rink, Basketball court, locker rooms, and restrooms. Phase II was a remodel of the existing facility and completing the upper level. This included installing the elevator and relocating the Fitness area and adding the County Library to the facility. Phase III Future Project additional Library space and Council on Aging.
