We had the opportunity to work with Wolverine Building Group on this uncommon apartment complex. Silver Star caters to homeless veterans. This 76-unit building is designed to connect veterans not only to a roof over their heads but also to the services that they need. The facility is located on the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center grounds, making it a short walk to the other buildings in the complex and the services they provide.
For this project we supplied and installed commercial aluminum doors and frames using Arch-Amarlite. We also got the chance to provide and install many custom glass showcases with glass shelving to display items of interest to the residents.
