Omega Architects designed direct access condos for Burton's Landing Condominums. These 24 direct access units each come with their own garage and laundry room as well as patios and decks. There are two bedroom units and two bedrooms with a loft in these buildings. These two 12 unit buildings were deigned to blend in to the existing apartment complex while provided newer, more spacious condominums.
Classic Engineering
Classic Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing for this two-story apartment building with lofts. Each unit is heated with finned tube radiation that is piped to a central gas-fired boiler.
