A multi purpose building in the heart of downtown Newaygo. This development project will house a remote work site, a community business center, a training facility, offices for non-profit organizations and retail businesses. The building is 26,000 square feet and two stories, located at One State Road on a vacant lot that once housed the historic Courtright Hotel. The remote work center space on the second floor of the building is called The Stream Community Business Center. It is a state of the art, technology-filled space that represents a new way to work – a unique membership based remote work site. This idea came out of advance research that showed Newaygo has a high percentage of people who work outside the county.
