As part of the remodeling of an old hospital into a senior living community, this clinic was renovated. Located on the first floor of the four story building, it offers residents of both the building and the community a convenient location. Some of the existing walls in the original space were utilized for the buildout as well as new walls constructed to meet the tenant's need. The mechanical and electrical systems were upgrade to meet the demands and requirements of a medical clinic.
