Design Plus
Design Plus recently completed the remodeling of the existing Woldt Residential Restaurant at Central Michigan University. The project included remodeling of the existing dining facility (cafeteria style) into a “Fresh Food Company,” a branded food service model through Aramark. The project was approximately 28,000 SF of complete renovation, including all mechanical and electrical systems and infrastructure. The renovation work was completed while maintaining access to the attached residence halls and maintaining operations of the computer lab below the dining operations.
WPF Engineering
WPF Engineering provided electrical construction administration for power and lighting. While at Design Plus Architects Amy Zeboor provided power and lighting design for the remodeling of existing Woldt residental restaurant and new construction of residence halls at Central Michigan University. This 28,000SF renovation work was completed while maintaining access to attached residence halls.
Acoustics By Design
Acoustics By Design completed the acoustical design and mechanical noise control for the remodeling of the Woldt Residential Restaurant and the Club Dining space at Central Michigan University. The project included remodeling of the existing dining facility (cafeteria style) into a “Fresh Food Company,” a branded food service model through Aramark. The Club Dining is a "higher end" space used for a finer dining experience. The project was approximately 28,000 SF of complete renovation. The renovation work was completed while maintaining access to the attached residence halls and maintaining operations of the computer lab below the dining operations.
