When the decision was made to remodel the entire lobby of the Grand Plaza Hotel, two major issues had to be overcome during construction:
The first was to keep the hotel up and running while the renovations were underway. The second was to provide absolute safety and comfort for all the guests as well as hotel staff. Both of these issues were achieved by organization of the project to the highest level. The length of the project was only nine months from start to completion.
