EXXEL Engineering provided topographical surveys for this and other portions of the Breton Woods Campus development. We provided complete civil engineering of the underground utilities, site grades, building placement and obtained municipal approvals and construction permits, obtained a site contractor, provided construction staking and part-time site inspection services.
