In 2000, the terminal renovations for the Gerald R. Ford Interionatal Airport were completed. H.O.K. Archictects were the architects of record on this project. Jarob, Inc. out of Grand Rapids was chosen as the sign fabricator for the project.

THE KING CO., INC. was selected by The Christman Company to provide design-build earth retention services. The Scope of Work involved the retention of the adjacent revenue control builidng during airport expansion construction. Over 200 linear feet of vibration-free soldier pile wood lagging wall was installed to protection the structure and nearby roadway. The depth of excavation exceeded 16-feet and involved the protection of adjacent utility lines.
