The main clubhouse building consists of locker rooms for the exterior pool, game room, exercise room, kitchen and large multi-purpose room. The C-Store provides campers with all forgotten items for a great camping experience. The comfort station building provides large restroom facilities for the campers and also houses the large well tanks for the entire campground. Classic Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing design to The Architectural Group for this project. The three buildings are conditioned with gas fired furnaces and air cooled condensing units. All the building plumbing systems were designed for complete seasonal drain down for winter shut-down.
