Classic Engineering worked with Pleune Service Company for the 30,000 sq. ft. “white-box” office building. A heat pump system was designed for ease of future tenant fit-out. Radiant floor was used on the perimeter zones for exterior wall loss. An energy recovery ventilator provided the building outside air.
