Nisbett and Fairman Buildings

Classic Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering on this project. The two remodeled buildings in downtown Big Rapids Michigan provides retail space on the first floor and apartments on the second and third floors. Because of the historic nature of the buildings all new mechanical equipment was required to be hidden from "public view".
