Classic Engineering provided HVAC and plumbing engineering for Pleune on the design-build LEED certified project. The HVAC designed system was based on (4) gas fired roof top units with MERV 13 filters and CO2 space sensors. Ductwork distribution consisted of overhead supply and low sidewall return. Air, nitrogen, oxygen and vacuum systems were designed for the ten operatories.
