Classic Engineering designed the mechanical, plumbing and electrical for this 84 key, four story hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool, breakfast area, meeting space and exercise room. The HVAC system consists of multiple single zone fan coils with DX cooling for the common areas and package vertical thru the wall air conditioners with ductwork for the guest rooms. The plumbing system uses two 500,000 BTUH boilers and two 220 gallon storage tanks to meet hot water demands. A dedicated 199,000 high efficiency water heater is used for the commercial grade washers.
