Landscape Architect: Mark Winters Designed: March 2007 Installed: April/MAy 2007 On this project we were originally contacted by the residence architect to meet with and develop a landscape plan for a historic residence on the bluffs of Grand Haven overlooking the State Park. We developed a landscape to reflect the historic character of the home and its ensuing addition. The architectural theme of the home is reflected in the landscape design through the use of ornate fencing, flagstone pavers to match the home's color, and shrubs and perennials to enhance the home's cottage feel. One of the goals was to maintain lake views while offering unique plant materials to highlight and accent the home. We were honored to have the opportunity to work on such a unique project.
