West Village Park Row Townhomes

The 5,000 square foot 7 unit project was developed by Jerome Abood of Abood Properties.  Each townhome consists of 3 levels, with a rear entry into a 2-stall garage on the ground floor.  The 2^nd level acts as the main floor by featuring a main entry off of Grand River Avenue into an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, ½ bath, living room, and deck.  The master bedroom and adjoining bath along with second bedroom and bath are located on the upper 3^rd floor.

The West Village Park Row Townhomes were constructed within the Historic Town Boundaries and feature exterior upgrades to meet the Historic Commission Requirements.  Major utility upgrades were completed on the West Village site before construction began on the townhomes; also a historical sub-station previously operated by the Lansing Board of Water and Light was relocated on the site.  The Design/Build Condos are within walking distance of Michigan State University and are an ideal setting for faculty and students.
