Wolverine Building Group

Fryling Construction Co. has begun the construction for a new design/build mixed-use project on the corner of Grand River Avenue and Bailey Street in East Lansing. 

 

Albert Place Condominiums, developed by Cron Management of East Lansing and designed by Wolverine Building Group, consists of a 122 space parking ramp with 36 condominiums.   The estimated final completion date is set for august of 2008. 

 

According to Project Manager, Jon Laureto, “This is going to be a great project which I am proud to be a part of.  The condominiums are being constructed with many features commonly avoided by other developers.  Features include: a high amount of sound reducing materials, 10 foot ceilings, granite islands, an all masonry exterior, and balconies and roof decks overlooking a green roof.”

 

Albert Place Condominiums will be a five-story mix with condos and parking.  The first two floors will house a 122 space parking ramp with three floors of condos on top.  There will be a total of 36 condo units available, ranging from one-bedroom or two-bedroom to two-bedroom with a den.  Each condo unit will include two parking spaces within the parking ramp.  There will also be a green roof over the parking ramp, which will create a beautiful and environmentally friendly project.
